The Spanish soccer players of FC Barcelona Pablo Martín Páez Gavira ‘Gavi’ and Vicky López have been chosen this Tuesday by NXGN among the nine best young promises of world soccer born after January 1, 2004, in the awards given by GOAL magazine .
On this year’s NXGN charts, for the first time, there are nine male and female winners. The NXGN Nine were selected to be highlighted as elite soccer talent from the unordered lists of 50 male and 25 female NXGN finalists.
In addition to the young Andalusian midfielder, the other young talents that were recognized in this edition were Arda Guler (Fenerbahçe), Mohamed-Ali Cho (Real Sociedad), the one already signed by Real Madrid Endrick (Palmeiras), Alejandro Garnacho (Manchester United) , Romeo Lavia (Southampton), Youssoufa Moukoko (Borussia Dortmund), Mathys Tel (Bayern Munich) and Warren Zaire-Emery (Paris Saint-Germain).
In the female category, the winners were Linda Caicedo (Real Madrid), Aoba Fujino (Tokyo Verdy Beleza), Aline Gomes (Ferroviaria), Wieke Kaptein (Twente), Franziska Kett (Bayern Munich), Monique Ngock (Reims), Jaedyn Shaw (San Diego Wave) and Alyssa Thompson (Angel City).
