Dortmund take revenge and mock Leipzig

Borussia Dortmund beat RB Leipzig 0-2 thanks to a double by Erling Braut Haaland. With this victory, the team led by Lucien Favre certified the second place, for which he was fighting with his rival today, with one day to go. Thus, Dortmund consolidates its position as the best team of the 'mortals', like last year, only behind a Bayern Munich that has eight consecutive league titles.

But the fight went beyond the playing fields. Less than 10 minutes after taking the three points, Dortmund threw from memory and left a 'message' to his rival on Twitter. In their profile they wanted to remember a tweet from RB Leipzig on January 18. In it, the Red Bull Factory Club posted a photo of Timo Werner with a text asking “Haa-WHO?” (“Haa-Who?”). Dortmund's response has been simple and direct: “Haaland”.

On January 18, the Norwegian had debuted with Dortmund with a hattrick in just half an hour on the pitch and was in the news worldwide. Hours later, RB Leipzig won with a double from their star, Timo Werner, and started a war that has ended up losing. As the saying goes, revenge is served on a cold plate.
