Cardinals and Browns Winners and Losers: Arizona is shut out by Cleveland’s defense; Brownies and Frownies

At this point in their season, the Cleveland Browns can’t let the smaller teams sneak up on them and steal a win.

This season, the Arizona Cardinals have only won one game and lost seven. They are one of the groups that has had problems all season.

There were doubts on both teams about whether their starting QB would show up and play. Kyler Murray has missed all of the season for Arizona because he hurt his knee last year and has been recovering. It’s been hard for Browns player Deshaun Watson’s shoulder.

The Browns’ defense ranks as one of the best in the league and was named #1 against passing coming in. This helped the Cardinals’ offense, which has had trouble getting into a rhythm and throwing for enough yards each game.

This is the Cleveland Browns’ fourth win in a row. They will try to get back on track against the Arizona Cardinals, who have lost seven straight games.

The Browns have to get through a lot of problems, though, since the game is only four days away.

They got QB Deshaun Watson to return to practice, but a lot of other players couldn’t make it. Offensive tackle Dawand Jones is yet to return to practice after leaving the game against the Seahawks in Seattle. He is likely the most well-known name on the list.

The Browns will have to start their third separate right tackle of the season if Jones can’t go. Third-year guy James Hudson III will be that player.

Being able to have backup on the offensive line is great for the Browns. Hudson filled in towards the Seahawks and did a good job.

On Sunday afternoon on Cleveland Browns Stadium, the Browns have a great chance to have a great scoring game.

The Browns need to “get right” on Sunday, whether Deshaun Watson or as PJ Walker is at quarterback, before a tough two-game stretch in the division.

Arizona’s defense is placed 26th in the NFL going into Sunday, one spot ahead of Cincinnati, which plays in the same division. About 355.8 yards when 26.6 points are given up by the Cardinals every game.

Their opponents throw for 225 yards per session and run for another 130 yards per game. This really is a chance for the Browns; they can choose how to attack and then just do it.

As a whole, this Arizona defense doesn’t have a lot of big players. Budda Baker, on the other hand, can make or break a game.

I don’t understand why Baker wasn’t moved to a rival at any point this campaign. He’s a star within this league. After hurting his leg, he will be out for two weeks instead of four.

He will play every spot on the field for Arizona. He will make plays in both the pass and run games. He’s a fun guy that the Browns can’t let ruin the game.

According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, Michael Wilson will not play today. Kyler Murray, Krys Barnes, Greg Dortch, as well as Kevin Strong were also named as questionable for the Cardinals. Out of the group, only Murray (who is still on PUP) will not play.

Arizona added wide receiver Andre Baccellia from their practice squad to the active roster. Yesterday, they also moved running back Corey Clement and quarterback Jeff Driskel from a practice squad to the active roster as usual.

The Browns had already ruled out three players for Cleveland: David Bell, Greg Newsome II, as well as Alex Wright.

Dawand Jones was the only player who was uncertain. The other 15 players on Cleveland’s sickness report were taken off Friday and will play in just under two hours.
