What feelings do you have before this tournament?
It is always important to be there and compete to win titles. Now we are facing another opportunity, although with other very powerful teams. It is a challenge, with desire and ambition. But for the moment we have the European champion in front of us. We go with the same idea of the Eurocup and without giving up to stand in the final.

What do you think of the progression that Italy has had?
Having great players doesn't assure you anything, but Italy has them and has improved a lot. The European Championship they did was very good and that's why they won it. They have a block, a system and an idea and that's why they have that streak of unbeaten matches. For me as a player it is an honor to play against teams of this great level.
