Barça Women’s 9,625 tickets sold out for the ‘Champions’ final

FC Barcelona sold all the tickets it had available for members and fans, a total of 9,625 seats and in just 30 minutes, for the final of the Women’s Champions League that they will play against Olympique de Lyon next Saturday, May 25 in San Mamés (Bilbao).

“The tickets for the UEFA Women’s Champions League final to be played between Barça Femenino and Olympique Lyon on May 25 at San Mamés have been sold out in just 30 minutes,” the Blaugrana club announced.

This Tuesday, April 30, the club’s members received a link to be able to buy priority tickets for the final, managed solely by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), and in half an hour the entity ran out of tickets to the sale.

UEFA made 9,000 tickets available to each of the clubs, of which FC Barcelona was going to allocate 7,400 for members, clubs and the general public, 250 for entertainment groups and 1,350 for club commitments – a 15 percent, following the Statutes–, at prices of between 15 and 25 euros.

This Tuesday, before the start of the planned sale of 7,400 tickets, UEFA awarded another 2,617 tickets to the Catalan club, corresponding to tickets that Olympique Lyon had released. Tickets that were distributed following the same criteria and same percentages.

In total, FC Barcelona had 9,625 tickets on sale today that were sold out in 30 minutes, so the club has already made an additional request to UEFA to obtain more tickets to be able to serve members and other groups. who have run out of these.
