Atlético de Madrid has suspended the training of its first teams so that its footballers and technicians remain at home and thus comply with the rules of the state of alarm issued on Saturday by the Prime Minister. In this way, the rojiblanco club becomes the first Primera club to eliminate all their work sessions due to the coronavirus.

In his statement, published on Sunday, the Athletics stated that he has provided his players with “individualized training guidelines to develop at home, never in common areas or community gyms”, as well as “nutritional recommendations and personalized diets”.

In addition, it has sent its workers recommendations to prevent contagion, insisting on the need to “relate solely and exclusively to the family nucleus, avoid leaving the home except in cases of extreme necessity.”
