The defender Alexandru Stefan Pascanu (Barlad, Romania, 1998) joins Ponferradina. The footballer acts as a center-back and arrives on loan for the next two seasons from CFR Cluj.
Pascanu developed his training in the quarry of the Leicester city English. There he progressed and the sub-23 squad arrived, in which he played until the 18/19 season.
In the summer of 2019 he returned to his country to join the CFR Cluj, with whom he competed in the first part of the season in the Romanian First Division. In the winter market he joined FC Voluntari on loan, also of the highest category. The young center-back is also a U21 international with Romania.
