Discover Marvin and Arribas, the news from Zidane

Zidane takes to San Sebastián two of the homegrown players who have left him the best sensations during the preseason that Real Madrid has held in Valdebebas since last August 31: Marvin Park and Sergio Arribas.

Marvin Park (20 years old) is a winger with a powerful stride, good ball hitting and ease of stepping into the area. It is a name that has been around for a long time because his case is curious: he had the option of playing for three different teams. He was born in Palma de Mallorca, but has a Nigerian father and a South Korean mother. Hence, I could choose between Spain, Nigeria and South Korea. He finally opted for La Rojita (Santi Denia called him up for the U-19 in 2019).

He is a player who already has some experience, because he played all of last season for Castilla under Raúl's orders: 26 games and three goals. After going through different Balearic teams, came to Valdebebas in 2016 to be part of the Juvenil C and since then it has been one of the most outstanding of the Factory.

Sergio Arribas, for his part, is one year younger than Marvin (18, he turns 19 on September 30). He is a left-handed midfielder, very skilled and who can play between the lines or heeled to either of the two bands (He is more comfortable on the right to look for his good shot).

He has an exquisite technique, but also something very important for footballers of his profile in modern football: he has a goal. Up to 16 he did with Juvenil A last season (despite the fact that the full course was not played due to the coronavirus) and in the friendly against Getafe he again showed his nose by scoring one of six goals.
