Martín de la Puente wins his sixth Spanish Chair Tennis Championship

The Galician Martín de la Puente was proclaimed this Saturday, for the sixth time, Spanish wheelchair tennis champion, after beating Enrique Siscar in the final of the 32nd edition of the MAPFRE Chair Tennis Championship at the Real Club Pineda of Seville.

De la Puente, number one in the ranking, renewed his title of champion of Spain against the third in the national classification. The Murcian could not resist the attack of one of the great references of adapted tennis, who took the match 6-1 and 6-1.

With this Sunday’s victory, Martín de la Puente returns home adding another title, after being crowned Spanish doubles champion on Friday, partnering with Cisco García from Cordoba.
