Zaragoza extends its good start and Espanyol comes back in its home debut

MADRID, 4 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Real Zaragoza defeated the recently promoted Eldense (2-0) on matchday four of LaLiga Hypermotion to confirm their good start at home and extend their record of victories, while RCD Espanyol made a great comeback (3-2) against Amorebieta in its home debut this season.

The Maño team does not come out of the positive trance that it is going through in this brilliant start to the league and already has four victories in the first four domestic games. A spectacular start that extended one more day thanks to Azon’s goal before the break against Eldense, who saw their chances of scoring at La Romareda vanish after Magana scored into his own goal.

12 points out of 12 possible and no goals against as a balance of the first four days to build the base of his candidacy to return to the top flight. Leaders are already marching alone, while Eldense is eighth with 6 points.

The immediate pursuer of the hands is Espanyol, which this Sunday made its home debut in the competition. And it did not have an easy debut at the RCDE Stadium, although it was glorious. The ‘pericos’ suffered two hard blows in the form of a goal just before the break. With 45 minutes to go, the task was difficult, but the locals were able to come back in front of their fans with a brace from Calero and a goal from Salvi Sánchez. Ecstasy drives Espanyol, second with 10 points.

Also this Sunday, Tenerife confirmed that they want to be a candidate for the promotion positions, beating an Andorra 0-1 that is going through a small bump, two consecutive defeats. Same result at Eibar-Leganés, a positive duel for the Madrid side who have already chained three consecutive victories to rub shoulders with the ‘First’ contenders. Finally, Huesca and Mirandés realized their bad moments with a draw (1-1) that knows little about both teams.
