The president of the Higher Sports Council (CSD), Víctor Francos, will attend this Saturday in Barcelona at the start of the first stage of La Vuelta a España, one of the most important sporting events in the country.
This 78th edition of La Vuelta will open with a team time trial, a test that will start from Barcelona for the second time, just as it did in 1962. The culmination of the great Spanish cycling round will be on September 17 in Madrid.
Taking advantage of this occasion, Francos will attend various media outlets starting at 6:15 p.m. from the start ramp of the first stage, located in the Barcelona Olympic Port.
