The Investigative Court No. 1 of Córdoba has decreed precautionary measures for the 10 investigated for the altercations that took place on January 12 prior to the soccer match between Córdoba CF and Almería UD, of LaLiga Hypermotion, which include the prohibition of approach any stadium that hosts an official match.

The judge has decreed, among his precautionary measures, that those under investigation are prohibited from approaching, from four hours before its celebration and up to four hours after its completion, less than 800 meters away from stadiums where any match, official or friendly, is held. of LaLiga and enables it to notify all clubs of this measure.

“This decision, taken yesterday, confirms the progress in the implementation of judicial measures against those who exhibit this type of behavior in the field of football, sending a strong message about the legal consequences that these actions entail,” LaLiga states in a statement.

This Tuesday, the National Police carried out a device related to the altercations that took place on January 12 prior to the football match between Córdoba CF and Almería UD, in which several arrests were made at different points of the capital of Cordoba, according to the National Police Corps.

In this case, the judicial authority agreed last week to release with charges a man detained by the National Police for disturbing public order in the mass brawl in the Plaza del Moreal, which involved the throwing of furniture near the place, such as chairs and tables.

Specifically, the agents identified more than twenty people involved in the fight, in which there were no serious injuries. The altercations occurred around 11:30 a.m. Prevention and reaction units (UPR) of the National Police acted, in addition to unit 092 of the Local Police collaborating.
