The Spanish Paralympic Committee (CPE) has published its compilation book, ‘Paris 2024: we make history again’, in which it recalls all the events that surrounded the Spanish participation in the Paralympic Games of last summer in the French capital and with which It intends to “pay tribute to all members of the Paralympic family who took part in the event, as it has done since Beijing 2008”.
As reported on Tuesday, the CPE, the work dedicates a chapter to each of the 150 Spanish athletes, 139 with more 11 support disability, which participated in the event, and also collects all national results, with special attention to the seven medals Gold, 11 silver and 22 bronze achieved.
Throughout its 72 pages, the text also analyzes the social, institutional and media support received by the members of the National Delegation before, during and after the Games, in an atypical Paralympic cycle of only three years.
The book also shows spectacular images of this Paralympic edition that had such emblematic competition venues as the Eiffel Tower, the Sena River, the invalids, the Grand Palais and the fields of Mars.
