The Houston Rockets of Spanish power forward Usman Garuba, whom the Texan franchise has renewed until the 2023-24 season, are still in free fall after losing again this morning against the leaders of the West, Phoenix Suns (124-109), and sink into the last place of the same conference.
On Sunday, the Rockets announced that they were exercising their unilateral option to extend the Castilian-Manchego contract until 2024, guaranteeing a third season in the NBA. However, the Spanish international could not celebrate with a victory at the Footprint Center in Phoenix.
