The Pelouse Joven and the Carlos Sainz Stand sell out their tickets for the Spanish F1 GP in just minutes

MADRID, 11 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Pelouse Jove and the CS55 Grandstand of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya sold out their tickets, in total about 6,000 seats focused on the young public, in just minutes, after a “positive” response from users ahead of the Spanish Formula Grand Prix 1, which will be held from June 21 to 23, as confirmed by the route.

“These two ticket formulas for the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix have had such a positive reception that they have exhausted their ‘stock’ in just a few minutes,” the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya reported in a statement issued this Thursday.

The Catalan circuit focused in the last two weeks “on putting on sale two of the most attractive ticket products for the fans and, more specifically, for the young public.” With the aim of “bringing the premier category closer to all fans”, the track put on sale, a week apart, first the Pelouse Jove and then the Carlos Sainz Grandstand. “Both have received an overwhelming response,” he celebrated.

On April 3, the Circuit put Pelouse Jove tickets on sale, in total, 2,500 seats reserved for young people between 16 and 30 years old for Grand Prix Sunday. A week later, Grada CS55 did the same with a slightly larger capacity, 3,500 tickets, and with a reduced price on grandstand seats for the three days of the event at the Circuit.

And “in just over a minute all the tickets were already in the purchasing process and, a few minutes later, the ‘sold out’ was already formalized.” In addition, the Circuit highlighted that the virtual queue one hour before the start of the CS55 Grandstand tickets went on sale, which “at some points approached 30,000 users.”

Now the Catalan route will focus on a final package of tickets in T10 (until now known as Grandstand VIP), which this season will present a new aesthetic thanks to its new cover. There are other stands that still have residual entrances such as Grandstand G, or S, but with very few seats available.
