The Panthers have agreed to work with four assistant coaches.

Dave Canales, the new head coach, added a few new coaches to his staff on Tuesday. The team has hired four offensive coaches. Harold Goodwin will be the assistant head coach and run game coordinator.

As a coach of the offensive line for the Steelers and the Buccaneers, Goodwin has won two Super Bowls. Goodwin, who is 50 years old and from Columbia, S.C., additionally served as a coach for the Bears, the Colts, and the Cardinals.

The team also hired Bernie Parmalee as the coach of running backs, Rob Moore as the coach of wide receivers, and Joe Gilbert as the coach of the offensive line. Gilbert and Goodwin have worked together for the Buccaneers for five years.

Parmalee has been a running back for the Jaguars for three years now. He used to play for the Jets and the Dolphins. In the past, he was a coach for the Falcons, the Raiders, the Chiefs, the Dolphins, and Notre Dame.

Moore has been a receivers coach for the Titans for six years. He was also a player for the Jets and the Cardinals, and he has also coached for the Bills and the Raiders.

Along with these changes, the team told Parks Frazier, who was in charge of the passing game, that he would not be staying with the squad.

From 2010 to 2012, he was the Chiefs’ tight ends coach. From 2015 to 2017, he was the Raiders’ running backs coach.
