The national team presents the second kit for the World Cup underwater

MADRID, 9 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and Adidas presented this Sunday in Ibiza the second kit of the women’s team for the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand this summer, inspired by the coral reefs of the Spanish coast.

Ivana Andrés, Jenni Hermoso, Salma Paralluelo, Irene Guerrero and Esther González immersed themselves in the seabed of Ibiza to discover the elastic that Jorge Vilda’s team will wear this summer. The team is in Ibiza preparing this appointment, with the match pending on Tuesday against China at the Can Misses Stadium, where they will debut this new kit.

“This innovative design seeks to value the natural wonders of the world and raise awareness about the effects that greater global warming would produce on the seabed,” says the official note from the RFEF, about the new elastic in Spain.

In addition to enjoying the seagrass meadows, the players were accompanied by Rafael Ruíz, mayor of Ibiza; Salvador Llosa, Minister of Sports and Youth; Jordi Salewski, councilor for the environment and sports; Rubén Rivera, Marketing Director of the RFEF, as well as Gisela Pulido, Adidas ambassador and ten times freestyle kitesurfing world champion.
