The Memphis Grizzlies lost this Friday – early Saturday morning in Spain – 117-106 on their visit to the Los Angeles Clippers, in a game corresponding to the NBA Regular League and in which the Tennessee franchise suffered its first loss result of this season despite having guard Ja Morant on the court.

Morant's return after his hard time had emboldened the Grizzlies in recent days, according to four straight victories with the participation of their star player. Although the Memphis team later received a beating from the Denver Nuggets, Morant was absent from that match and therefore played revalidation at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
