The heritage of Joaquín and Susana Saborido: from the house of almost two million to a stomp and other investments

Susana and Joaquín were married in 2005 in Puerto de Santa María, in Cádiz. His was a spectacular wedding with posh guests. Since then, they have not been separated nor has a scandal been known to them. They were the parents of a girl, now a teenager, Daniela. then came Salma, the little one of the house.

In 2018 the family bought two plots, located in Gelves (Seville), on which an impressive chalet has been built. Last year, the magazine unveiled lectures This Wednesday, they signed a mortgage of 1.8 million euros for this house that expires in 29 years. It is a single-family house with around 1,200 square meters of surface and a garden of more than 80 square meters with a swimming pool.

Added to this property is another acquisition: an 80-square-meter flat in Seville for which the family took out a thirty-year mortgage last year, according to the same weekly, for 366,000 euros. In Marbella, in addition, they have another home since 2019, for which they mortgaged 547,592 euros. It is an apartment of almost 185 square meters. Other investments are added, such as two parking spaces in the Sevillian town of Mairena de Aljarafe.
