Air travel requires a lot of waiting; from long lines to pass the luggage through the security zone, place the suitcase or wait for the plane to take off. And even, after hours of travel and landing, you stop until you find the luggage in the baggage carousel. For decades people have wondered how to get their luggage without waiting times. But is there really any way to do it?

Fortunately for impatient passengers there are several ways to play with the system and ensure a quick delivery of the suitcase once the plane lands. To do this, you must first ask the worker behind the check-in desk if they can place a “fragile” sticker on your luggage. Suitcases with these types of tags are placed at the end and unloaded from the plane first.

Contrary to what happens on the train – we hope to be the first passengers to enter and deposit the suitcase in a safe place – on the plane we will be the last ones to enter. This is a trick that can subtract a few minutes of waiting time in front of the baggage carrousel; make sure you are the last person to enter the plane instead of being in a hurry to be the first. In this way we have the guarantee that our luggage comes on board the latest and is the first thing to be taken out.

The order of loading and unloading is not an exact science

However, the latter method is not safe, since loading and unloading systems vary between flights and airports. In addition, airplanes are loaded with lots of luggage and can be balanced in the belly of the plane during the flight. And even if your suitcase is returned with the same conditions in which you gave it, it may not be the first to leave.

Like the prices of air promotions, the order in which luggage is loaded and unloaded from an airplane is not an exact science. If all of the above fails, there are some exceptions if you are willing to pay for them. Some airlines give priority to baggage belonging to elite travelers, VIP passengers and business class, which means that they will be stored separately from other luggage and will leave first.
