The Higher Sports Council (CSD) urged last Thursday, at the end of the meeting with The league and the Federation (RFEF), to the celebration of draw of the calendar of LaLiga Santander and LaLiga SmartBank this next Monday.
However, 48 hours after said draw there is still no official confirmation from its organizer, the RFEF, neither the hour nor the day. The agency's website does not collect any information about it, not even from that summit held in three parties on Thursday afternoon.

Moreover, according to the Galician newspaper The
Opinion, the Federation would be studying the possible challenge of said draw, based on another appeal, this one against the decision of the Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) of disavowing the RFEF Competition Committee as a sanctioning body for a possible lack of Fuenlabrada in his trip to A Coruña.

As it is, and pending the presentation of this appeal and its resolution, which could return to the Federation the powers over the ‘Fuenlabrada case’ and therefore ‘resurrect’ a hypothetical Second Division of 24
teams, the RFEF would not rule out challenge the decision of the CSD to mark Monday as the date for the celebration of the draw for the league calendar.
LaLiga, both in the First and Second Division, should start in two weeks, between the September 12 and 13. However, fifteen days later, it is not even known what games would be played on that first day. Nor if on Monday the draw for the calendar ordered by the CSD will be held.
