The Browns defeat the Jaguars 31–27, with Joe Flacco throwing three touchdowns and four interceptions. They are now 8–5.

In his first game at home for Cleveland, Flacco threw for 311 yards and three scores, two to receiver David Njoku.

The Browns held off a late rally through Trevor Lawrence as well as the Jacksonville Jaguars to win 31–27 on Sunday.

The 38-year-old Flacco, that was signed by the 8-5 Browns on November 20, played like he did almost every time he came to Baltimore. After going 26 for 45, Flacco is now 10-2 as the primary player in Cleveland.

In two games, Flacco threw for 565 yards as well as five touchdowns. Kevin Stefanski, the Browns’ coach, never said who would start at quarterback this week, but he quickly said that he’ll ride with Joe Flacco every step of the way.

In the first half, Flacco threw two touchdowns to Njoku. In the fourth quarter, when the Jaguars took a chance to conduct an all-out blitz in fourth down, Flacco made a 41-yard pass to wide target David Bell. For an old man, Flacco did everything he could to keep up with Bell as he ran to the end zone.

Eighth team within NFL history has won with four different starting quarterbacks within the same season.

That team is the Browns. Now, they’re counting on Flacco to lead their last-ditch effort to make the playoffs.

Before the Cleveland team called him last month, Flacco wasn’t sure when his career was over.

Deshaun Watson had hurt his shoulder and would not play again this season. He’s back in an NHL playoff race, which he knows all too well from his time in Baltimore.

Flavio said, “It’s wonderful to be out there” after earning his 100th victory as a starter. “The event is really one of a kind.

For my kids to be old enough to understand what’s going on, and I will always remember these things.

To stay in the present, be thankful, and keep getting better, that’s all I can say. For an old man, Flacco did everything he could to keep up with Bell as he ran to the end zone.

While in Los Angeles for a week, the Browns lost both of their games, which was the worst two-game loss streak of the season.

Their next game was on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who were in first place in the AFC South. They had to win to stay in the playoff race.

By beating the Jaguars 31–27, the Browns kept their hold on the top extra card spot in the AFC and continued their home winning streak.

They got better, now 8-5. With a total of eight wins, they’re the only team in the AFC that isn’t in the division lead, and they’re 6-3 in AFC games.

With 1:33 left, the Jaguars trimmed a 10-point lead to four. James Proche II, however, retrieved the inside kick to keep the win. The Browns are 6-1 at home. The Chicago Bears will come to town next Sunday afternoon.

Jacksonville lost, and now they are 8-5. However, they are still one game ahead of the Houston Texans within the AFC South.

His passer rating was 92, and he completed 26 out of 45 passes for 311 yards, three scores, and one interception.

After the Browns played hide-and-seek for a week over who was going to start at quarterback, Joe Flacco got the job and played his second good game for the Browns. Flacco said, “Of course it feels good whenever it seems that people trust you.”

After the win, the Browns’ record went to 8-5, and they stayed in the lead for an AFC wild card spot.

Kevin Stefanski, head coach of the Browns, said, “We knew that today wasn’t a playoff game, yet it’s going to feel such as a playoff game.”

“That’s because they have a great football team.” It was the Jaguars’ first loss on the road in 2023.

The Browns are the best wild card team in the AFC right now. “It’s very important. Why? “Because the next game is coming up,” Griffin said.

“That’s just how we think.” We wanted to go a single one, and we are not concerned with what other people do because we’re in charge of our own lives. There’s no way for us to think about loss or anything bad like that.

So we are in charge of our future. These two teams look like they will play each other again in the playoffs upon Super Wild Card Weekend within Jacksonville.

The game between the No. 4 and No. 5 teams returns. Left guard Joel Bitonio said, “It’s not a championship game, but it felt like it was.”

The Browns learned last week to Los Angeles that Flacco would help them stay in games. They found out on Sunday that Flacco can help these individuals win, and Stefanski agreed with that after the game. From now on, Flacco will be the starter.

“Even though I’ve been in a lot of locker rooms, you still want to earn everyone’s respect, and you won’t know if you have which until you go out there and win every day.”
