MADRID, 10 Jan. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Association of Women's Soccer Clubs (ACFF) has ratified the pre-agreement reached for the I Collective Agreement, subject to reaching the necessary agreements with the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), the association explained.

“The signing of the Agreement will be conditioned, in any case, to the closing of the necessary agreements with the RFEF in the framework of the negotiations that have been taking place during the last weeks,” the ACFF said in a statement.

The ratification comes after last December 20, at the meeting of the negotiating table of the agreement of the First Women's Division, a pre-agreement was reached on the proposed articulated text, and in which the parties agreed to submit the agreements reached to ratification of their respective governing bodies.

“In compliance with the above, the ACFF First Division Board, at its meeting held on the morning of Thursday, agreed to ratify the articulated text of the collective agreement contained in the pre-agreement, conditioned in any case to reach an agreement satisfactory with the RFEF on the Women's Elite Program, in relation to the global pact proposed by the ACFF and Mediapro on November 4, 2019, “the note adds.

In this way, the ACFF explained that “once the negotiations are finished and the necessary agreements are reached,” on the other hand, “the signing of the First Collective Agreement of the First Women's Division” will be carried out.
