Tamara Falcó and Iñigo Onieva end their honeymoon after a month in South Africa

All good things come to an end, although the Marquise de Griñón and her recently released husband cannot complain. After four weeks in South Africa, Tamara Falco e Inigo Onieva They have put an end to their honeymoon and are already traveling back to Spain, where their new married life awaits them.

Isabel Preysler’s daughter has announced on her social networks that her “journey as sweet as honey and as beautiful as the moon” ended this Tuesday: “Last day waking up with these nice roommates,” she wrote along with a video of the hotel terrace full of macaques.

The couple have enjoyed a dream trip through southern Africa that began three days after their wedding at the El Rincón Palace, on July 8. Their first stop was Cape Town, the capital, where they stayed at the emblematic Mount Nelson Hotel and lived one of the most exciting experiences: swimming with great white sharks.

Then they went to the Kruger National Park, one of the largest game reserves on the continent. They went on a safari and were fascinated by the animals in the wild: lions, elephants, zebras… From the Sabi Sabi luxury resort where they rested, they also saw how hippos and rhinos walked through the gardens.

At this point, Tamara and Iñigo moved to the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia to visit the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and Victoria Falls, one of the seven wonders of the world: “Seeing them by photo I never imagined that they could be so beautiful as they are in the natural rainbow”, said the Marchioness. Here, in addition, Onieva dared to do bungee jumping: “I was scared.”

Tamara and Iñigo had planned a six-week honeymoon, but their work and social commitments forced them to cut the trip short. They will arrive in Madrid this week and begin their married life in the center of the capital, where they share an apartment until the renovations of what will be their permanent home are finished. It is a luxury penthouse with 186 exterior square meters distributed over two terraces, one of them with a pool. It is located very close to Villa Meona, where Isabel Preysler lives, and is part of an exclusive urbanization with a swimming pool, spa, gym, gourmet social area and children’s area.
