The British chain Sky Sports has reached an agreement with the video game company EA Sports to use FIFA 20 surround sound for Premier League broadcasts.
This is an option that has already been tried in other leagues such as the Spanish one, with the aim of alleviating the lack of public in the stadiums.
Of the 92 remaining matches to be played in the Premier League, Sky Sports will broadcast 64 in the UK, of which 25 will be open.
The chain will enable the option of listening to the distorted atmosphere of the video game, with being able to hear the real sound of the stadium.
