The final of the 2021-22 Champions League, which will be held on Saturday, May 28 (9:00 p.m.) at the Gazprom Arena in Saint Petersburg (Russia), can be seen on La 1, RTVE confirmed this Monday.
Seven years later, the final of the top continental club competition will be broadcast again on RTVE, which will also offer special programming throughout the previous week to bring viewers closer to all the details of the event.
In addition, the Corporation will have two signings for the broadcast: Fernando Hierro, former Real Madrid defender who raised the ‘Orejona’ on three occasions (1999, 2000 and 2002); and Albert Ferrer, who won the title with FC Barcelona in 1992.
On the other hand, RTVE reported that it will broadcast two friendly matches of the Spanish soccer team: the one with Albania on March 26 at the RCDE Stadium (7:45 p.m.) and the one with Iceland, on the 29th of the same month against Iceland at the Riazor stadium (8:45 p.m.).
