The president of the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation, Raúl Chapado, highlighted on Monday the “competitive attitude” and “determination” of the Spanish athletes in the Oregon World Cup, “the best of the last 15 years”, for which ” cannot be faulted” for his “dedication and determination”.
