Rafa Mir, author of the three goals that the Huesca his second win of the season (1-3 in Valladolid), entered this Friday in the history of the Alto Aragonese team by becoming the first player on the team to score a hat trick both in the top flight and in the Second Division.
The 23-year-old from Murcia signed in just 18 minutes, those that elapsed between his first goal at 38 and the third, at 56, as many goals as he had achieved in the previous 20 days, accumulating a total of six hits. And most of them are important: aside from the three points that Friday's hat trick represented, two of the other three goals he had achieved up to then also meant points for Huesca.
Rafa Mir's historic hat trick
In the matchday 6, also against Valladolid but in El Alcoraz, his goal served to secure a point (2-2). And in the matchday 9, also at home but now in front of Eibar, history repeated itself: goal and point (1-1). The only goal that so far has not paid off was signed in Anoeta, on matchday seven (4-1 for Real).
Rafa Mir, arrived in Huesca in the winter market last year on loan from the Wolverhampton until the end of this course, has signed the fourth ‘hat trick’ of LaLiga 2020-21. The first was the work of Carlos Soler by transforming three penalties in Valencia-Real Madrid (4-1) on matchday 9.
And then the sevillista was added In Nesyri, author of two triplets: the first in the Sevilla-R. Sociedad (3-2) of the 18 and the second, in the Sevilla-Cádiz (3-0) of the 20.
