Ivan Perisic has been without a doubt one of the great protagonists of Inter’s season. The Croatian’s brace in the Italian Cup final against Juventus was the icing on the cake before the end of the season who, with two days to play, can still give away surprises in the fight for the scudetto with Milan.
Yesterday, however, rather than celebrate his enormous performance, Perisic made headlines for the controversy he caused after the final whistle. With important players you don’t have to wait, you don’t talk at the last minute. This is not right and they need to know it.”
