Pedro Porro is still unstoppable on the right side of Sporting de Portugal. The Spanish international has received the Best Defense Award for September in Liga Nós. It is the fourth time that Don Benito’s winger has obtained this recognition in the Portuguese championship. The merits for which he has been awarded have been an assist against Porto and two decisive goals against Marítimo and Estoril.
This season is the first time he has won the Best Defender of the Month Award, but last season he won it three times (January, December and November), he also won the Best Goal of the Month Award thanks to the goal he scored against Boavista on January 26.
Pedro Porro has found in Portugal the necessary confidence and the right habitat to develop his full potential.
