Paco López: “The victory shows that we are a team with capital letters”

Levante coach Paco López, assured that the triumph achieved this Tuesday against the Betis 4-3 for the adversities they had to overcome shows that they are “a team with a capital letter and it is to be proud of the work, the effort and at the end of the result despite the suffering”.

“There were two games, one before the expulsion in which we were far superior and another after in which they have locked us up and they have scored two goals for us, ”he explained at the post-crash press conference.

“As we were going (4-1) we did not expect to suffer so much but the expulsion has been added and that Betis with the ball is a team with tremendous quality. They have been close to our area and we have suffered to the end ”, he acknowledged.

The coach stressed the importance for them to return after the works that were done in the stadium at Ciutat de València, in which they accumulate five games without losing. “We had been away for many months and it was not easy, there is nothing like playing in your stadium,” he said.

Regarding veteran Morales, author of two of his team's goals, said that “the only secret is that he trains 100% every day. We know what it means for this team and this club from any role that touches him and we are super proud to have him with us ”, he highlighted.

López admitted that the positive for Rubén Vezo's coronavirus and the expulsion of Rober pier they create a problem for him in the center of defense for the next game.

“First you have to savor this victory and from tomorrow we will think about the solution for the centrals because we are only going to have Oscar Duarte”, He concluded.
