Unicaja de Málaga has announced this Tuesday the renewal of the German power forward Dylan Osetkowski for the next two seasons, with the option of one more year and thus becoming the seventh renewal of the Malaga club for the next season.
“Able to play in the two interior positions, his quality in shooting, his reading of the game and his defensive capacity, even to hold up to players on the outside line in defensive changes, make him a key piece in the game dynamics of the team of Ibon Navarro”, indicated Unicaja in a press release.
So far, Osetkowski has played 47 of Unicaja’s 48 games this season. His statistical averages are 9.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1 steal and 10 PIR credits, making him the third most valued player on the Malaga team so far this year.
“But if on the court he is a player of the highest level, in the locker room he is a fundamental piece of the puzzle due to his camaraderie. In addition, he had an immediate connection with the fans of Martín Carpena, and in recent weeks the social networks have been filled of messages asking Osetkowski to continue in Malaga”, the note concluded.
