Osasuna does not hit Mallorca with ten before the Cup

MADRID, 31 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –

CA Osasuna was able to get the three points against Mallorca this Friday at the start of matchday 27 of LaLiga Santander, playing with one more in the last 20 minutes, but ran into goalkeeper Rajkovic (0-0) before facing the semifinal King’s Cup.

Jagoba Arrasate’s team, who had completed 200 games in charge of the ‘rojillos’, had two good chances at the end through Abde, a luxury reinforcement for the last minutes, but Mallorca demonstrated their defensive courage to save the point.

Both teams in the middle of the table, Osasuna did not take advantage of Copete’s red card in the 69th minute as the last defender, in his hold on Rubén García. There the duel was decided in favor of the visitors, after a lot of noise but few nines, hardly played in the areas. In the second half, the pace even dropped as a result of the fatigue of two weeks without the League due to the national team stoppage, although that expulsion warmed up and encouraged a clash without much history.

In the first, Mallorca brought even more danger and initiative, with chances from Maffeo and Muriqi, but ended up asking for the time against Osasuna that will seek the Cup final on Tuesday against Athletic Club forced to find the missed goal.
