Mehdi Nafti is pending to disassociate itself from Etoile Sportive du Sahel to sign a new contract with him Lugo. As you may have learned ACE, the economic agreement between the Galician club and the coach is total and it only remains for him to separate with the Tunisian club to be the new albivermello coach. The Tunisian sniper took over Sahel last October 8.
Lugo will be the first club Nafti coaches in Second. The 41-year-old former footballer and now coach, has been on the bench Badajoz, Merida Y Marbella in Second B.
The Galician team has managed a shortlist of coaches among which were Natxo González, Juan Antonio Anquela, Iván Ania, Fernando Estévez and Luis César Sampedro, the latter started as a favorite, but they have finally opted for Nafti.
