Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, first seed, and Belgian Elise Mertens (2) will play the final of the tournament in Linz (Austria) after defeating their respective semi-final rivals on Saturday, Czech Barbora Krejcikova and Russian Ekaterina Alexandrova.
Mertens reached the final on Sunday after beating Alexandrova in three sets, 2-6, 6-1 and 7-5, while in the other semifinal Sabalenka beat Kreijcikova 7-5, 4-6, and 6- 3.
