BARCELONA, 8 Ago. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The football director of FC Barcelona, Mateu Alemany, announced after the Joan Gamper Trophy that the player Ousmane Dembélé is back in Paris to close his move to Paris Saint-Germain shortly, although he did not want to reveal the final figures — the distribution of the termination clause– until everything is signed.

“Dembélé is no longer in first team dynamics, if he had not been here at Gamper. Dembélé is in Paris. When the agreement is signed, we will communicate the figures of the operation and with this we close another folder”, he assured in statements to TV3 collected by Europa Press.

For Alemany, who in his day already set an expiration date for Dembélé at Barça, the situation with the Frenchman is “very clear”. “He has asked to leave and it is something that was established in the renewal contract that he signed. We are in the process of resolving the transfer,” he said.

On the other hand, he did not speak about the possible arrival of more signings. “We have the circumstances that we have and we are focused on the starts and on achieving registrations,” he recalled.

“I am optimistic that we will be able to register all the footballers before Sunday”, he predicted, and it is that today neither the signings (Oriol Romeu, Ilkay Gündogan and Iñigo Martínez) nor the renewed ones are registered in LaLiga.
