Lenovo Tenerife eliminates BAXI Manresa and gets into the Final Four of the Champions League

MADRID, 19 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Lenovo Tenerife qualified this Wednesday for the Final Four of the Basketball Champions League thanks to their victory over BAXI Manresa (84-72) in the third and last duel of their quarterfinal series, where Uruguayan point guard Bruno Fitipaldo stood out with 22 points.

Without giving their rival a chance, this time the Tenerife team dominated the score from start to finish and slipped into the penultimate instance for the title of which they are the current defender. Despite the 14 points scored by Devin Robinson, Manresa found no way to harm their rival.

Thus, the stands of the Santiago Martín Arena vibrated with the performance of his team, which on May 12 will face the start of the Final Four in a tournament that is especially good at it. Not surprisingly, the Tenerife club has already won this tournament in the 2016/17 and 2021/22 seasons.

Telekom Baskets Bonn, Hapoel from Jerusalem, Unicaja from Málaga and Lenovo Tenerife will fight to lift the title in a tetrafinal whose draw will be held at the end of this same month of April.
