MADRID, 29 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Lenovo Tenerife has won on their visit to Coviran Granada (73-82) to continue sweetly in the Endesa League, whose 30th matchday also witnessed the triumphs of Valencia Basket against Obradoiro (87-78), of UCAM Murcia over Carplus Fuenlabrada (83-64) and Surne Bilbao Basket against BAXI Manresa (80-76).

At the Palacio de Deportes de Granada, the visiting team secured the victory thanks to Jaime Fernández’s 18 points, which were combined with another 18 points from Giorgi Shermadini. Thus, Lenovo Tenerife consolidated its fourth place with a record of 22-8.

For its part, Granada continues in the relegation position (8-22) and could not distance itself from bottom club Fuenlabrada, much inferior in its visit to the Palacio de Deportes de Murcia. Despite the good first quarter of the Fuenlabreños, UCAM came back thanks to the inspired Thad McFadden.

At the Bilbao Arena, a duel of ups and downs finally smiled for the people of Bilbao thanks to the 28 points scored by Adam Smith. Opposite, Jerrick Harding’s 21 goals were not enough for a Manresa team that is provisionally fifteenth due to its 9-21 record.

In the last Saturday meeting, the Pabellón Fuente de San Luis enjoyed a key ‘taronja’ victory in their aim of getting into the ‘playoffs’ for the title. Bojan Dubljevic’s 18 points guided Valencia, which is now eighth with a record of 16-14. The ‘Obra’, after signing their fourth straight defeat, remains twelfth with 12-18.
