These are very difficult times for Julian Muñoz and their loved ones. Suffering from serious health problems for several years, the former mayor of Marbella requested voluntary discharge after spending three weeks in hospital. In one of his little walks, Isabel Pantoja’s ex confessed that he had “a rampant cancer“. This Sunday, Julián went to eat at his ex-wife Mayte Zaldívar’s restaurant. At the restaurant, the former mayor embraced his daughter Elijah.
Likewise, inside the restaurant, Julián and Mayte were probably talking about the menu that the former politician was going to eat. This gesture suggests that the relationship between the two is going through its best moment due to Muñoz’s delicate state of health.
This Saturday, Muñoz was also seen with Mayte Zaldívar. The former mayor of Marbella walked arm in arm with his ex-wife looking very unwell. Grateful for the support that Julián is receiving since he requested voluntary discharge, none of them made any statements. The images were captured by the program Fiesta.
Julián’s condition, as we reported a few days ago, is “grave e irreversible”which is why he himself made the decision to leave the hospital to spend more time with his family: ““Trying to recover surrounded by my loved ones and now I just want to be calm.”, he confessed a week ago. She then spoke very slowly and with a low voice. Shortly before, his ex-wife, Mayte Zaldivarbroke down crying in front of the cameras when talking about the father of her daughters: “He is very serious and I am going to be with him until the end. I’m not going to leave your side“.
Julián Muñoz went to prison in 2006 for crimes of embezzlement and prevarication. During the time he was in prison, he accumulated different pathologies that led to a delicate state of health. He suffers from ischemic-hypertensive heart disease, together with type 1 diabetes mellitus and a numerous condition, including arteriopathy. In the last two years in prison, he was forced to visit the hospital 29 times.
