The Spanish rider Joan Mir (Repsol Honda) has been declared unfit and will not participate in the MotoGP race of the Argentine Grand Prix, the second round of the Motorcycle World Championship, his team reported this Sunday, indicating that he is suffering “a head trauma and cervical”.

“After a morning medical examination, Joan Mir was declared unfit for the Argentine Grand Prix by MotoGP and circuit medical personnel due to head and neck trauma,” Repsol Honda said in a statement.
