Isabel Jiménez supports Sara Carbonero after her reflection from the hospital: “I love you, comadre”

Sara Carbonero shared an emotional reflection this Tuesday from a hospital room: “It gives me a strange joy that in room 678, right at this moment, someone is reading exactly the same book as me, probably on the same leatherette sofa, with the same uncertainty,” he wrote on Instagram.

“In the hallways and in the cafeteria I come across many people who always make way for the elevator and say hello smiling, like I do”, he added. “They are the ‘codes’ of this place, where we all know the need for love and affection in these endless days. Between these walls, any gesture, any detail, any breath of fresh air is valued much more. Any good news“.

The former presenter of Sports on Telecinco continued: “In the next room, they have put some games and some books so that people can kill time there. Yesterday afternoon I approached for a while and saw a man who could not walk or speak, playing dominoes with his grandson. I think the latter let himself win because they were joking about it.”

The journalist, who turned 40 on February 3, continued describing some moments: “Also a music player that works with CDs. They are all classical music, I choose one by Haydn because it reminds me of car trips as a child. And I end up playing for the entire plant.”

Martín and Lucas’s mother also explained: “The bouquets of flowers fill the rooms and bring spring to every gray corner. Through the window I observe that the people on the street are wearing short sleeves and I sleep with two blankets. Sleeping is a saying“.

“In the store downstairs I bought some crossword puzzles but I can’t get enough of Candy Crush. Early in the morning I go to the vending machine walking barefoot on the granite floor and I find the cookies I like. They never tasted so good. At the door of a A sign hangs from the rooms that reads: ‘Welcome to my world, it’s not very big but at least it rotates.’ And now, with the night well into the night, I open the sofa bed and the book that has me absorbed at the same time and I read. one of the proverbs, which says: ‘There goes the tongue where the tooth hurts.'”

And she stated: “At first I admit that I don’t get it because I’m falling asleep, but I quickly get the message. I close my eyes thinking that I’m near the sea with a Super Bock. Finally, I open IG, I come to an illustration of Mafalda and I read it out loud. ‘Did you ever think that if it weren’t for everyone, no one would be anything?’ Good night”.

On the comments wall, Iker Casillas’ ex received comments from some good friends, such as David Cantero (News telecinco), who sent him affectionate kissing emoticons. Her best friend, Isabel Jimenezalso wrote: “Where the music is, that’s where it is. I love you, my friend”. Journalist Marisa Martín Blázquez also joined the messages: “Where there is music and books is the place. An infinite hug, Sara.”

Carbonero, who had to undergo surgery for ovarian cancer in May 2019 and underwent surgery again in November 2022, has not explained whether her stay in the hospital is due to a health problem of hers or that of someone close to her.
