Hot weather at Wembley

In the run-up to the FA Cup semi-final between Manchester City and Liverpool, the citizen fans were in evidence. The English Football Association (FA) had planned a minute’s silence in honor of the Hillsborough victims, but the Mancunian supporters did not respect it and decided to continue singing.

The gesture of the City fans at Wembley was not well received by the Reds fans, who were respecting the minute of tribute but ended up booing the behavior of their rivals. A redress for Liverpool, who lost 97 fans in the Hillsborough stands 33 years ago.
