Granada seeks its first victory away from home at the Coliseum

MADRID, 28 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Granada visits the Coliseum this Monday (9:00 p.m.), in the last match of the twenty-second matchday of LaLiga EA Sports, with the aim of achieving its first away victory of the season to get closer to the permanence zone, all against Getafe that aspires to end its bad streak of results.

The Nasrids, who in their first match of the year interrupted a series of 15 consecutive league games without winning against Cádiz (2-0), were unable to continue it against Real Betis (1-0) and Atlético de Madrid (0-1) , results that condemned them to remain in the well. With 11 points, Alexander Medina's men have five points remaining.

Meanwhile, the blue team, which has 26 points – with one game less due to the postponement of its duel against Real Madrid for the Spanish Super Cup – is sailing in the middle of the table, but knows that it cannot relax, and more after falling in recent weeks against Rayo Vallecano (0-2) and Osasuna (3-2).

José Bordalás' men now aim to end a streak of three LaLiga games without winning and take off in the table, where they are 10 points behind the European positions and 11 points clear of the danger zone.

The Madrid team, in addition to the long-term injured Mauro Arambarri, will not be able to count on up to three players who will have to serve sanctions: Luis Milla and José Ángel Carmona, due to the accumulation of cards, and Damián Suárez, due to his red card against the Vallecanos.

The Andalusians, for their part, will have the absences of Jesús Vallejo and Raúl Fernández, both due to injury, as well as those of the suspended Martin Hongla and Lucas Boyé.
