Precisely, Sant Cugat del Vallès is the place chosen for the headquarters of his new project: Cannabity Healthcare. The swimmer, who lives in this town, has partnered with a company that has been in the sector for more than four years. Gemma, who has already posed excitedly from her new location, will sell her products in a physical way.
Cannabity, which until now only sold its products online, describes itself as a “community about the benefits of Cannabidiol or CBD in ailments such as chronic pain, back pain, skin problems, stress, anxiety, insomnia.” They sell everything from balms to oils.
Remember that cannabidiol is a chemical found in marijuana. However, it does not contain tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive ingredient that produces a ‘high’. Its sale, therefore, is totally legal. Mengual becomes the first Spanish elite athlete to invest in this sector, unless she has transcended.
