Felipe VI, in Ronda: image of maximum normality before the arrival of his father, Don Juan Carlos

Image of maximum normality on the agenda of Don Felipe on the morning of this April 19, the same one that his father, Don Juan Carlos, has chosen to land in Spain. The King has traveled to Ronda, has appeared smiling and close and has been photographed with the neighbors. Top photo credit: Casa del Rey.

Don Juan Carlos’ private plane, which has a license plate from Aruba (a small island in the Dutch Antilles in the Caribbean, off the coast of Venezuela) and which has been arranged by his friend Mohamed Bin Zayed, I was about to arrive at the Peinador de Vigo airport. At the same time, Felipe VI traveled to Ronda (Málaga), fulfilling the program that marked his forecasts.

There, the monarch presided over the celebration of the 450th anniversary of the Real Maestranza de Caballería in Ronda, a cultural institution founded by Felipe II in 1573, a non-profit organization devoted to research and education. Upon his arrival in the town of Ronda, the head of state was received by the residents, who immortalized his visit with his cell phones. An image of normality, given the informational stress generated by his father’s visit to Spain, despite the fact that from the outset it has been insisted that the trip of the emeritus is framed in a strictly private content.
