Escort, pushing and threats: the spectacle of Piqué and Clara Chía at the Madrid airport

Gerard Piqué He remains immersed in his work commitments with the Kings League and this Friday afternoon he landed at the Adolfo Suárez-Barajas airport to attend the championship final that will take place at the WiZink Center this Saturday. He hasn’t done it alone. Shakira’s ex was traveling with Clara Chia and they have starred in an embarrassing spectacle at T1, where they have appeared escorted by eight airport security agents who have threatened journalists.

“I’m going to give you a shit…”, one of the AENA agents told the reporters who were doing their job. Three, specifically: a cameraman, a photographer and a journalist. “Get off!”, shouted another. Piqué and Clara Chía have not opened their mouths. They walked seriously and with their heads down until they reached the outside, where they got into the vehicle that was waiting for them.

It is worth remembering that AENA is a public company that is financed by the taxes of all Spaniards and that provides various services. Among others, airport security. Any traveler can request “accompaniment”, not “escort”, if they duly justify the reason for it. However, it is really excessive that Piqué and Clara Chía have had the protection of eight public workers to answer the questions of three journalists. Special mention of the ‘modus operandi’ of two of these workers.

Piqué and the ‘Rubiales Case’

The former footballer’s company, Kosmos, is being investigated for alleged irregularities carried out by the Royal Spanish Football Federation in the Saudi Arabia Super Cup. The head of the Court of First Instance and Instruction 4 of Majadahonda (Madrid), Delia Rodrigo, has requested judicial help from the Andorran authorities to collect information on the bank accounts in the name of Gerard Piqué. Specifically, 96 accounts in 15 banks. Some are in his name and others in the name of up to 16 companies formed around two conglomerates of which he is a part: Kosmos, which carried out the consulting contract for the Super Cup, and Kerad.

The instructor ordered the requirements to the banking entities within the framework of a separate piece and at the request of the UCO. According to the document, in order to bring the Super Cup to Arabia, several contracts were signed between the RFEF and the Saudi party, “among the signatories and beneficiaries Gerard Piqué, on behalf of Kosmos Holding SL, parent company of a group of companies”, which acted as an intermediary and sent all this money (about four million euros per year) to accounts domiciled in Andorra, where trace is lost.
