Ajax, one day away from playing their Champions League match against Midtjylland, presents eleven cases of coronavirus. Even so, the club has reported that 17 footballers travel to Denmark and the match, in principle, will take place as normal.
The Dutch medium AD has reported some of the names suffering from the disease. André Onana and Maarten Stekelemburg, goalkeepers of the club, are two of those who will not be able to play the continental match.
They have also been dropped from the list Davy Klaassen, Ryan Gravenberch, Zakaria Labyad and Captain Dusan Tadic. Although it seems that the 17 members of the call are free of the disease, it should be noted that all those named above, with the exception of Stekelemburg, played in this weekend's league match against Fortuna Sittard.

All three players have to give negative in the test that UEFA will carry out on the morning of the game. If the tests are not positive then the three can be placed under the command of Ten Hag.
What does the UEFA protocol say?
According to the rules set by the competition before the start of the season, at least 13 players from List A should be fit to play the match. Otherwise, the organization would reserve the possibility of postponing it or, failing that, giving the duel as lost to that team that presents the infections.
Ajax have traveled to Denmark with only 12 players available from List A, although the health situation has changed since the standards were established. Without going any further, Shakhtar traveled to Madrid with fewer players from List A than those established by the regulations.
