‘El Yoyas’ reappears and sentences: “I’d rather be a fugitive than a prisoner, I will not die on my knees”

Accused of seven crimes of mistreatment and sentenced to five years and eight months in prison, he should have entered jail on November 14; he refused then and continues to refuse today. This is how he stated this Thursday: “I have considered turning myself in, but I’d rather be a fugitive than a prisoner.”

The former big brother has contacted the journalist Carlos Quílez, from And now Sonsolesto defend himself against all the information and accusations that are being published these days: “I am in a spiritual retreat from which I will not leave until justice is done. If I had done something, if I were guilty of a crime, I would abide by it, but since I have not done it, I do not intend to abide by it, “she said emphatically. “I will die on my feet, not on my knees”.

El Yoyas insists that he is innocent and a victim of the system: “Now it’s all or nothing, they screwed up six years of my life and they want to add six more to me. I’m not going to go through that injustice. They have forced me to become a fugitive, I hope they don’t force me to become a ghost too”. And he adds: “Those who are laughing at me are Justice and the Law.”
