El Corte Inglés has already kicked off the Christmas campaign. At least, when it comes to hiring.
The most traditional department store company in Spain has open more than 50 calls in the main provincial capitals of the country, most of them to serve as reinforcement in their team of salespeople during the months that start from Black Friday until the end of the Christmas campaign with the January sales.
Added to this is the search for more than 1,000 warehouse and logistics staff that you will add to cover your increased shipments of products during these dates and that has already been launched.
What profiles does El Corte Inglés seek?

How much does an employee of El Corte Inglés charge?
Although these offers are not focused on permanent personnel, knowing the salaries of the company’s salespeople can give an idea of the salary that will be offered.
El Corte Inglés does not have its own agreement, but is attached to that of department stores and the latest update of the collective agreement sets the wages of these workers as follows:
– Base Group: 14,733.19 euros per year
– Professional Group: 15,175.19 euros per year
– Coordinating Group: 16,540.94 euros per year
– Technical Group: 18,029.64 euros per year
The first three groups (base, professional and coordinator) are different levels and responsibilities within the group of dependents, while the technicians are already encompassed in areas of logistics and management, and often require further training.
If we divide that sAnnual base salary does not result in a minimum salary of 1,227 euros per month.
To this we would have to add the sales commissions or have 2 extra payments to your salary and another two prorated throughout the year, a novelty that has been carried out since last year.
