El Corte Inglés does not have its own agreement, but is attached to that of department stores and the latest update of the collective agreement sets the wages of these workers as follows:
– Base Group: 14,733.19 euros per year
– Professional Group: 15,175.19 euros per year
– Coordinating Group: 16,540.94 euros per year
– Technical Group: 18,029.64 euros per year
The first three groups (base, professional and coordinator) are different levels and responsibilities within the group of dependents, while the technicians are already encompassed in areas of logistics and management, and often require further training.
If we divide that sAnnual base salary does not result in a minimum salary of 1,227 euros per month.
To this we would have to add the sales commissions or have 2 extra payments to your salary and another two prorated throughout the year, a novelty that has been carried out since last year.
