Diego Tristan Y Oriol Riera will be the coaches of the teams in the sessions that the AFE (Association of Spanish Footballers) it opens between July 26 and August 8 and between 9 and 22 of the same month. The XXV and XXVI editions will be held at the Oliva Nova facilities.
Training the team in the first session will be Diego Tristan. Forward who was an absolute international on 15 occasions and went through the lower categories of Betis and then Mallorca, Deportivo, Livorno, West Ham and Cádiz. While the manager of the second session will be Oriol Riera. The former footballer, hung up his boots in 2020, has played for clubs such as Celta, Córdoba, Alcorcón, Osasuna, Wigan, Deportivo Western Sydney and Fuenlabrada.
Footballers who want to register have until the 20th. While the Technical Selection Committee will meet on July 22 to select the participants for the XXV edition. Players affiliated with AFE can register on the intranet of the union and those who will not have to contact it. Among the requirements to be able to sign up is to remain active, be without equipment and up to date with payment. Players who are in the process of recovering from an injury following their rehabilitation with AFE's medical services may also register.
